Lucas Blevins is a Vietnamese-American composer and saxophonist currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Music Composition at Washington State University. As a composer of many styles including classical, jazz, and funk, Lucas specializes in writing grade 2-4 pieces for instrumental ensembles. His work has been performed around the world including venues at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Portland, Oregon; Fontainebleau, France; and Victoria, Canada. In addition to his live ensemble works, Lucas has experience in music production including electronic composition, mixing, mastering, and small-scale recording. Lucas is always looking for new musicians to work with and new challenges to solve.
